A short demo becomes easier to evaluate when it is paused at three moments: the visible setup, the preview or positioning step, and the shown result. Label only what can actually be seen at each pause.
The setup frame can document the work area and object position. The preview frame can show a workflow step. The result frame can show one example under that recorded setup. None of these frames alone proves universal compatibility, speed, or repeatability.
