Two blanks with the same general material label may have different coatings, textures, or surface preparation. Record the visible finish before comparing contrast so the sample photo does not carry more certainty than the notes support.
Photograph the unused blank, note the supplier description without treating it as independent proof, and keep each tested piece tied to its own record. If the exact composition is unknown, stop and confirm it before laser use.
This approach can support careful AntBelt G1 sample planning, but one result is not a material guarantee. Follow current guidance, ventilation requirements, and safe attended operation.
